LEVEL THREE: FULL JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE/OUTPLACEMENT PACKAGE
(Details of specific features, pricing and payment schedule are customized based on needs and goals of the client.)

Purpose: To provide state-of-the-art, customized documents and substantial strategic, consultative and logistical support in the job search, with focus on the initial 30 days.

Typical components include:

• Customizing Documents - Preparation, refinement and additional customization of all documents. This can include multiple targeted versions of the resumes (targeted for specific industries or functions). Also includes the audio cassette tape or CD and other job search materials as described in "Do It Yourself Job Search" package.

• Campaign Launch - Four meetings of up to one hour at which the following will be accomplished: development of a detailed job search strategy which utilizes multiple marketing methodologies; the development of a detailed advertised response/web site posting strategy; the use of computer technology and the internet in job search; and the development of a strategy for the utilization of direct mail marketing in client's search.

• Recruiter Campaign - Identification of all appropriate employer-paid recruiters/headhunters and preparation of a customized, mail-merged individualized letter/resume package to be sent to each.
